Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective item
• You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos showing the issue along with your order number.

Once approved, refunds are sent via InstaPay transfer.
Customers must provide a valid InstaPay number to receive the refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We cannot accept exchanges for:
• Items that show signs of wear
• Items without original tags

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost.
